Kyle Hotchkiss Carone is an accomplished restaurateur and creative director specializing in the hotel and food and beverage industries, with a specific focus on concept ideation, menu development, design and branding, and the building of strategic partnerships. 

Kyle's career took root in the hotel industry, where he worked on hotel and food and beverage launches with companies including Morgans Hotel Group, Soho House Group, and Andaz Hotels. He went on to serve as Creative Director for Bizzi & Partners, a Milan-based real estate development firm with a focus on the hospitality industry. At Bizzi & Partners he directed brand vision for properties in the company’s portfolio throughout Italy and the United States.

In 2020 Kyle launched Grand Tour Hospitality, with portfolio restaurants including American Bar, Holiday Bar, Saint Theo's, and more.

Kyle has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, WWD, T Magazine, Vanity Fair, W, and more. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University.
